Gets the spot format.
Most kFpgaWideSpot fields are standard, but some are optional. The SpotFormat property can be used to select the desired spot format layout.
Note, the kFpgaWideSpot structure is not self-describing. Application software is reponsible for maintaining knowledge of the SpotFormat configuration setting when interpreting received spot data.
