Enables or disables dynamic frame rate for the projector.

Some projector devices support multiple frame rates (e.g., DLPC300). The dynamic frame rate feature allows FireSync to automatically vary the frame rate based on the requested exposure time. Disabling dynamic frame rate ensures a uniform frame rate (typically 60Hz).
