Specifies whether the FPGA RAM Image feature is enabled.

The FPGA RAM image feature is used for testing/simulation. Essentially, a set of pre-recorded images can be loaded for each camera state. At runtime, the the FPGA cycles through these images, rather than using real images captured by the camera.
